Hero MotoCorp has launched the all-new Karizma XMR, a sporty bike that is powered by a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that makes 25.15 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 20.4 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch.
The Karizma XMR is based on a new chassis suspended by a conventional telescopic fork at the front and a 6-step adjustable monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by a single petal-type disc at the front and a disc brake at the rear, supported by dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.
The Karizma XMR has a striking design that is sure to turn heads. The bike has a sporty fairing, a stylish LED headlamp, an adjustable windscreen and a narrow tail section with a split seat. It is also equipped with a digital instrument console that offers with 39 different functionalities such as Bluetooth connectivity and features like turn-by-turn navigation and SMS and call notifications.
