Tata Motors has launched the much-awaited ‘Harrier 2020’, which now comes with an option of a 6-speed automatic transmission, mated to the next-generation 170PS BSVI Kryotec diesel engine. The feature-loaded SUV comes with a host of new features like panoramic sunroof, powered driver seat, amongst others. The ‘Harrier 2020’ comes with ‘One India, One Price’ starting at INR. 13.69 lakh for the manual version and INR. 16.25 lakh for the automatic version.

The updated Tata Harrier is powered by the BS-VI compliant Kyrotec170 Turbocharged Diesel engine. This motor comes mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or the new 6-speed automatic transmission. The motor produces 170 PS @ 3750 rpm and 350 Nm @1700-2500 rpm.
The Harrier 2020 also comes with a new Calypso Red colour with dual tone options and gets new aerodynamic outer mirrors. ESP is now equipped across all variants. The SUV also gets new features like Auto Dimming Rear View mirror and two-tone diamond cut 17-inch alloy wheels. The company is said to also have worked on improving the NVH, in-cabin experience, ergonomics and drivability as well.
Among other features, the Harrier comes with a floating 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with 9 JBL speakers. The system also gets smartphone connectivity via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also gets 6-airbags, Fully automatic temperature control, auto headlamp and rain sensing wiper.
The SUV also comes with a 7-inch TFT Colour Instrument Cluster, Terrain Response Modes, ESP with 14 addon functionalities, Reversing Parking Camera with adaptive lines, Push Start/Stop Button, Xenon HID projector headlamps, fog lamps with cornering function and Cruise Control.
