India Kawasaki Motors Pvt Ltd. (IKM) has launched the new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R MY20. It is available only in the Lime Green/Ebony/Metallic Graphite Gray colour scheme.

The superbike is priced at INR 13, 99,000 (Ex-showroom-Delhi).
The price tag has been achieved due to tireless working of the project team by using best material along with advanced technologies, which have kept the price under budget without compromising the quality and output. This price tag will also help IKM to mark its dominance in litre-class Supersports category. Also, the budding riders who are looking for upgrade will find this litre-class very affordable.
Based on the KRT race machine that has been amassing record after record in the Superbike World Championship, Kawasaki’s litre-class Supersports model allow a wide range of riders to experience the thrill of exploring their limits on the circuit. Engine improvements for 2020 model offer increased power, with an even wider power band – both advantages that will further increase their race-winning potential. Owning a Ninja ZX-10R is as close as it gets to being part of the official Kawasaki World Superbike team.
The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is powered by a track focused 998 cc, liquid cooled, in-line four-cylinder, DOHC, 16-valve engine which generates 203 PS of maximum power (213 PS with RAM air) at 13,500 rpm and a peak torque of 114.9 Nm at 11,200 rpm. The motor is coupled to a 6-speed transmission.
Stopping power comes from Dual semi-floating 330 mm Brembo discs at the front with Dual radial-mounted Brembo M50 monobloc 4-piston callipers and a single 220 mm disc with a single pistion calliper at the rear. The superbike rides on 43 mm inverted Balance Free Fork jointly developed with Showa in the Superbike World championship. At the rear, the motorcycle gets Showa’s new BFRC lite (Balance Free Rear Cushion) shock unit which is lighter and more compact than their earlier units.
The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R also comes with KQS (Kawasaki Quick Shifter-Dual Direction), S-KTRC (Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control), KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode) and KCMF (Kawasaki Cornering Management Function).
The bike also comes with Electronic throttle valves, Kawasaki Engine Brake Control, Power Modes and KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent antilock Brake System). Further the motorcycle gets a specially developed Ohlins electronic steering damper which provides just the right amount of damping based on vehicle speed and degree of acceleration or deceleration.
