TVS Motor Company has launched the 2019 Edition of the TVS Apache RTR 180 and the TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS in India. The bike is also the first in its class to introduce Dual-channel ABS in the Indian market.

The 2019 Edition of the TVS Apache RTR 180 features new race inspired camouflage and speed-line graphics, TVS Racing pinstripe on alloy wheels, nocturnal white back-lit speedometer with racing stripe graphics and Alcantara seat with red stitching.
The bike also comes with new forged handlebar end weights and crash-guard with integrated frame sliders along with beast inspired headlamps with LED guide light and LED tail lamps.
Power continues to be provided by the 177.4cc, SI, 4-stroke, air-cooled, carburettor engine. This motor produces 16.62 PS @ 8,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. TVS Motor claims that the Apache RTR 180 can reach a top speed of 114 km/h.
Braking duty is carried out by a 270 mm petal-type disc brake at the front and a 200 mm petal-type unit at the rear. It also comes with Dual-Channel ABS with Rear Wheel Lift-off Protection (RLP). The bike is available in a non-ABS version as well.
The motorcycle is built on a Double Cradle Synchro STIFF frame and runs on 17-inch wheels on both ends which are suspended from Telescopic Forks with Hydraulic Dampers at the front and Monotube Inverted Gas-filled shox (MIG) with spring aid rear suspension.

The 2019 Edition of the Apache RTR 180 motorcycle is available in five colour options – Pearl White, Matte Blue, Gloss Black, Matte Red and T Grey.
