Hyundai has updated the i20 Active in India. Unlike, the Euro-spec Hyundai i20 Active which was revealed earlier, the India-spec remain very similar to the previous model.

The 2018 Hyundai i20 Active now comes in a new Marina Blue and Polar White paint scheme. It also gets silver finish front fog lamp and rear reflector surrounds and a black applique with “Active” branding on the tailgate. Apart from these cosmetic changes, it remains identical to the previous model.
Inside, the i20 Active gets a bigger 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, similar to the one on the new i20. It also gets the new Alps Blue colour pack along with the existing, brown and satin red options.
Power for the Hyundai i20 Active continues to be drawn from the existing 1.2 L Kappa petrol and 1.4 L U2 CRDi diesel engines. The petrol engine makes 83 PS of power and 115 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The diesel motor churns out 90 PS of power and 220 Nm and comes equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The updated i20 Active is available 8 colour schemes – Earth Brown, Red Passion, Phantom Black, Sleek Silver, Polar White, Polar White with Phantom black roof, Earth Brown with Phantom Black roof and Marina Blue with Polar White roof.
