Honda Cars India Ltd has commenced pre-launch bookings for the much-awaited All New 2nd Generation Honda Amaze. The booking can be made at all authorized Honda dealerships across the country, with a booking amount of INR 21,000.
The All New 2nd Generation Honda Amaze was unveiled at the 2018 Auto Expo. It is built on an all-new platform, incorporating Honda’s advanced engineering prowess and expertise in research and development. The car is scheduled to be launched in May 2018 and will be available in both Petrol and Diesel.
The all-new Amaze will feature the First in Industry Diesel CVT Technology in the Indian market, offering powerful and effortless driving experience. This will be also be Honda’s first diesel engine combined with advanced CVT, and India will be the first market to launch this technology.
The 2nd Generation Honda Amaze is said to carry a bold design and gets sophisticated and spacious interiors. Honda also claims the car has advanced engine technology and outstanding driving dynamics. It is equipped with several new convenience features and latest safety technologies.

“The introduction of India’s Diesel CVT technology in the new Amaze, which offers unmatched and superior automatic driving experience, is also a first from Honda globally. We are confident the customers will see great value in this new technology,” further added Mr. Rajesh.
The new 2018 Honda Amaze will be offered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Both engines will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and also have an option for a CVT (continuously variable transmission) with paddle shifters
The new Honda Amaze comes with Dual Airbag, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX anchorages and ACE Body structure as standard. Other key features to be available include Digipad 2.0 with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Automatic Climate Contro and Push Start/Stop.
The 2018 Honda Amaze will also come with Smart Keyless entry, Electrically foldable mirrors with LED indicators, Headlamp with LED position lamp, Rear Parking sensors with Camera, Fog lamps and Split type 5-spoke alloy wheels.
