Royal Enfield has launched the Thunderbird 350 in Australia. The motorcycle is rebadged as Rumbler 350 there.

The Royal Enfield Rumbler 350 is priced at 6790 AUD (approximately INR 3.40 Lakh) on road. The motorcycle is also LAMS (Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme) compliant. The cruiser bike is manufactured at the Royal Enfield plant in Chennai, India.

Just like the Thunderbird 350, the Royal Enfield Rumbler 350 is also powered by a 346 cc twin-spark, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which generates 19.8 bhp at 5250 rpm and a torque of 28 Nm at 4000 rpm. This motor is mated to a 5-speed Constant mesh gearbox.

Royal Enfield Rumbler 350 Marine Rear Quarter 2018

Upfront the Royal Enfield Rumbler 350 gets 41 mm Telescopic forks with 130 mm travel and at the rear the motorcycle comes with twin gas charged shock absorbers with 5-step adjustable preload and 80mm travel.

Braking duty is carried out by a 280mm disc with 2-piston caliper at front and a 240mm disc with single piston caliper at the rear. Just like in India, the motorcycle is not offered with ABS even as an option.

The cruiser motorcycle comes with a 20-litre fuel tank and gets Projector headlamp with LED Light Guide Halo Ring. It runs on a 19-inch front rim and a 18-inch rear rim. The pillion seat is removable making room for saddlebags and a carrier.

The Royal Enfield Rumbler 350 will be offered in three colour options – Stone, Lightning and Marine.
