Triumph Motorcycles India has launched the Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster in the country at price of INR 11.11 Lakh ex-showroom.
The Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster is a new addition to the Bonneville family. It based on the Bonneville Bobber but has a much more classic British custom laid-back attitude. the new Speedmaster delivers a distinctive cruiser riding style. The motorcycle features forward footpegs, swept-back beach bars and a versatile twin seat setup.
The Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster also features an elegant headlight nacelle, chrome mudguard dresser rail, 16-inch classic looking 32-spoke wheels,heritage-inspired battery box, classic rear drum brake inspired hub, Bullet indicators and branded locking fuel cap.
At the heart of the new Bonneville Speedmaster is the critically acclaimed high-torque 1200 cc SOHC parallel twin engine which produces 77 PS of power at 6100 RPM and 106 Nm of torque at 4000 RPM. This motor is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with torque-assist clutch and it has the first major service interval of 16,000km.
The motorcycle also gets ride-by-wire with two modes – Road and Rain. It also features single button cruise control, switchable traction control, and immobiliser as standard.
Triumph offers over 130 custom accessories to choose from. The company has also designed two inspiration kits – Highway and Maverick to show off the Speedmaster’s breadth of character and to inspire riders who want something even more unique.
The Highway kit offers a full waxed cotton & leather pannier set, adjustable touring screen, comfort rider seat, matching wider pillion seat, and a host of chrome features including engine bars, passenger backrest, luggage rack and a polished machined oil filler cap.
The Maverick kit gives the Speedmaster an even more stripped back, mean attitude with a brown quilted single seat set up, flatter raked out handlebars, black Vance & Hines exhausts and other blacked-out details, including exhaust headers, oil filler cap, and a grab rail removal kit and rear mudguard finisher for a stylish and minimal rear end.

The motorcycle is available in three colour schemes – Jet Black, Cranberry Red, and Fusion White & Phantom Black With Hand Painted Coachline.

The Speedmaster is priced at INR 11,11,500 (ex-showroom India). The motorcycle arrives in India as a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) unit and is assembled here.
