Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest car manufacturer, after launching the facelifted Celerio and the Celerio X has now turned its attention towards the taxi market. It has launched the Maruti Celerio Tour H2 targeting the cab operators (Ola, Uber, etc.). It has been priced at INR 4.20 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Maruti Tour H2 is based on the facelifted Celerio LXi(O) variant. It comes equipped with a speed governor limiting the top speed to 80 km/h. This is as per the recent government resolution to make roads safer. It also comes with a driver side airbag as standard.
Power for the Maruti Celerio Tour H2 variant comes from a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine which is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This motor produces a power of 68hp and 90Nm of torque.
Maruti Celerio Tour H2 Taxi Price:
The Maruti Tour H2 is priced at INR 4,20,693 (ex-showroom Delhi) making it cheaper by INR 13,000 than the regular Celerio LXi(O) variant.
