The three new colours of the Bajaj Dominar 400 include Canyon Red, Glacier Blue and Rock Matte Black. All of these have been inspired by the terrains this motorcycle has conquered. The new Dominar now also comes with gold-finish alloy-wheels. There has been no change in the pricing of the bike.
Apart from these cosmetic changes the 2018 Bajaj Dominar 400 model remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the same 373.3 cc single cylinder, liquid cooled, fuel injected engine. This motor is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch and produces 35 PS of power and 35 Nm of torque.
The Dominar 400 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends, which are fitted with a 110-section radial tyre at the front and 150-section tyre at the rear. It is equipped with 43 mm telescopic fork at the front while a Nitrox monoshock does suspension duty at the rear. Stopping power is generated by a 320 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc. The bike is offered with twin-channel ABS as an option as well.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 sports a macho-looking design. Some of the key features of the motorcycle include a Full-LED Light system with Vertical Auto Headlamp ON (AHO), Rigid Twin Spar Perimeter Frame and Reverse LCD Split Speedometer.
