Bajaj Auto, one of India’s top motorcycle manufacturer has launched the updated models of the Avenger cruiser motorcycle. Both the 2018 Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 and the 2018 Bajaj Avenger Street 220 are priced at INR 92,954/- (ex-Showroom Maharashtra).
The 2018 Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise features a new classic design headlamp with integrated LED DRL’s on the sides. It also gets a windshield and blue coloured backlit full function digital display.
The 2018 Bajaj Avenger Street 220 boasts gets a sporty and youthful design and features a new roadster design headlamp with LED DRLs incorporated in the bottom section. The cruiser also comes with a bikini fairing, roadster style rear grab and an amber coloured backlit full function digital display.
Both the cruiser bikes also get a completely revised tail fender and an all-new halo-effect tail lamp. The motorcycles also sport a larger Avenger badge along with new body colours. The rear suspension has also been significantly improved with 12 % additional travel. The new Avenger bikes are powered by Bajaj’s trusted 220 cc, oil cooled, DTS-i engine which delivers 19 PS of power and a torque of 17.5 Nm. This motor is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox.
