Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), India’s leading SUV manufacturer has introduced a new petrol variant of its premium SUV, the XUV500. The Mahindra XUV500 Petrol will be available in a single ‘G AT’ variant.
The power for the Mahindra XUV500 Petrol model comes from the indigenously developed 2.2-litre mHawk engine that develops 140 HP (103 KW) power and 320 Nm torque. The XUV500 G AT variant is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission sourced from AISIN, Japan. It has features like the creep function and manual mode option.

The introduction of the XUV500 G AT petrol variant will excite consumers who have been eagerly awaiting a petrol option. Some of the key features of the Mahindra XUV500 Petrol include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Logo projection lamp on ORVMs, Static bending headlamps, Fully automatic temperature control (FATC), Cruise Control, Intelligent light sensing headlamps, Smart rain sensing wipers, Tyre-Tronics, Push button start , Passive keyless entry and 8-way adjustable driver seat. The SUV is also equipped with ESP with rollover mitigation, Emergency Call, Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD
Mahindra XUV500 Petrol Price:
XUV500 G AT is priced at INR 15.49 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The SUV will be available in select cities with immediate effect.

The new XUV500 is available in 8 colours – The new Lake Side Brown, Sunset Orange, Pearl White, Opulent Purple, Volcano Black, Dolphin Grey, Moondust Silver and Coral Red which is only made against order.
