India Kawasaki Motors has launched the new 2018 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 in the country. The newly launched model belongs to the family of adventure touring motorcycles of Kawasaki. It is currently the most affordable offering under the Versys brand.

The Versys-X 300 is powered by a 296 cc 4-stroke Parallel Twin engine. It is the smallest-displacement model in the touring category and the only model of its kind. The parallel twin engine is designed to produce smooth, torquey, power at low and medium rpm and powerful acceleration at high rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox which gets Assist and Slipper Clutch.

The adventure motorcycle features large-volume bodywork and impressive adventure styling which gives the Versys-X a very rugged look. The large openings in the fairing promote airflow when riding to help dissipate engine heat. It also gets long travel suspension, wide reach bars and a low seat which together aid the manoeuvrability of the twin-cylinder machine.

The Versys-X 300 is priced at INR 4,60,000 ex-Showroom Mumbai and Delhi.
