Avantura Choppers launches Rudra and Pravega – India’s first 2000cc chopper style motorcycles

Avantura Choppers, which has been set up as India’s first premium chopper motorcycle brand has launched its first two models, the Rudra and Pravega. The brand name ‘Avantura’ originates from the words Avanindra and Tura in Sanskrit. Rudra means ‘the ultimate roar’ and signifies a raw enchanting power, brought to life by its majestic body type, technical configuration and compelling road presence. Drawing from the words ‘Pravah’ and ‘Vega’ in Sanskrit, Pravega stands for ‘a tryst with the wind’.

The Rudra and Pravega by Avantura Choppers are powered by a 2000cc V-Twin engine which has been sourced from S&S Cycle, USA. These motorcycles will be customized as per the requirements of its owners and will undergo all the required test to make them road legal and will be certified by the ARAI at the time of delivery.

Avantura Choppers has roped in Kevin Alsop, Founder of Big Bear Choppers, USA as the Chief Design Engineer of the brand. The Rudra and Pravega motorcycles have been created for Indian riders, considering every detail to suit local riding conditions. Both the custom choppers have specially crafted geometries with similar base design engineering, giving its customers the best-in-class chopper experience. Both models are the perfect balance between power, agility, speed and grace, all in a beautifully designed unique package.

Avantura Choppers has also set-up strategic partnerships with global manufacturers like Beringer braking systems, Primo suspensions, Mustang seats, Kellermann lights and Avon tires to be OEMs for their world-class product line.

The Rudra chopper is offered at INR 23.90 lakh, while the Pravega chopper will be available from INR 21.40 lakh.

Pre-bookings for these custom made motorcycles will take place at the start of the India Bike Week 2017.
