TVS Motor Company, one of the leading two and three-wheeler manufacturer in India has launched the new TVS Jupiter Classic edition. The Classic Edition gets new features and brings in a retro design touch to the modern scooter.
The TVS Jupiter Classic Edition gets a new Sunlit Ivory body colour, along with “Classic” stickers. It also gets a stylish windshield and round shaped chrome mirrors. Additionally, the scooter comes with a premium looking dual tone seat with classy chrome pillion handle with cushioned backrest. The graphics on the speedometer have also been given the retro treatment and the scooter also comes with a smart USB charger, external fuel filler and a patented E-Z centre stand.

Mechanically there are no changes made to the scooter. Powering the TVS Jupiter is a next generation, all-aluminium, low-friction, 4 Stroke, Single Cylinder, Air Cooled, OHC, 109.7 cc engine that delivers 8 bhp at 7500 rpm and 8.4 Nm at 5500 rpm. The scooter also comes with the TVS patented Econometer which guides the rider in both ‘Eco Mode’ and ‘Power Mode’.
The TVS Jupiter Classic Edition rides on 12-inch wheels and is equipped with a 220 mm Disc Brake at the front and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear. The scooter is also equipped with Sync Braking System (SBS).
2017 TVS Jupiter Classic Edition Price:
TVS Jupiter Classic Edition is priced at Rs. 55,266 (ex-showroom Delhi). The scooter will be available in all TVS dealerships across the country.
