Motoroyale a Kinetic Group initiative has launched the MV Agusta Brutale 800 in India. The superbike arrives in the country via Semi Knocked Down (SKD) route and is assembled at the company’s plant in Ahmednagar.
The 2017 MV Agusta Brutale 800 is powered by 798 cc, inline three cylinder engine that produces a power of 109 hp and 83 Nm of torque. This engine complies with Euro4 and BSIV norms and is coupled with a 6-speed cassette style, constant mesh transmission. The superbike is also equipped with Electronically Assisted Shift (EAS) 2.0, in addition to the hydraulically controlled slipper clutch. The company claims that the superbike can reach a top speed of 237 km/h.

The engine of the new 2017 MV Agusta Brutale 800 is managed by the integrated Motor and Vehicle Integrated Control System (MVICS). It also equipped with Full Ride by Wire technology, Torque control with four maps and Traction Control with eight levels of intervention.
The new MV Agusta Brutale 800 is one of the best looking motorcycles available in the world right now. The superbike gets a very aggressive look and the body panels have been sculpted with artistic inspiration. The front is dominated by the elliptical full LED headlamp, while the three-pipe exhaust gives the bike a unique look.

At the heart of the new style is the futuristic composite steel trellis and aluminium plate frame which blends in with the trapezoidal tank that has a capacity of 16.5 litres, integrated with the air box and providing greater definition and aggression. The new Brutale 800 also includes a new digital instrument panel, double saddle, concealed passenger handles, a new handle bar and LED tail lights and indicators.
Suspension duty on the MV Agusta Brutale 800 is carried out by 43 mm Marzocchi Upside Down telescopic forks at front and Sachs single shock absorber at the rear. The front tyre size is 120/70 – ZR 17 M/C (58 W) while that of the rear is 180/55 – ZR 17 M/C (73 W)
Stopping power comes from 320 mm double floating discs with 4-pistons Brembo calliper at the front while the rear gets a single 220 mm disc with 2-piston Brembo calliper. The new MV Agusta Brutale 800 is equipped with the Bosch 9 Plus ABS with Rear wheel Lift-up Mitigation (RLM).
Customers will have a choice of three exterior finishes – Ice Pearl white/Matt Metallic Graphite, Red/Matt Silver and Black Matt Metallic/Matt Silver.
2017 MV Agusta Brutale 800 Price:
MV Agusta India has launched the new Brutale 800 at a price of INR 15.59 Lakh (ex-showroom).
The current line-up of MV Agusta India includes Brutale 1090, F4, F4 RR, F4 RC, F3 800 and F3 800 RC. The company also plans to launch the Turismo Veloce in India soon.
