Audi India has launched the new Audi Q3 1.4 TFSI FWD. This launch also marks the debut of the much-awaited petrol engine in the hugely popular Audi Q range and provides an additional choice to customers.
The SUV is now powered by the 1.4-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine. The TFSI engine produces 150 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. This same motor also does duty on the new A4 and upcoming A3 models. The engine is mated with a 6-speed S-Tronic transmission.
The German luxury car manufacturer claims that the new Audi Q3 30 TFSI model can accelerate from 0-100 km/h sprint in 8.9 seconds and can deliver an average fuel mileage of 16.9 km/L.
The key features of the new Audi Q3 30 TFSI include Panoramic Sunroof, LED Headlights with signature LED DRLs, 5-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, redesigned bumper, leather-covered 4-spoke multifunction steering wheel, seat upholstery in leather and leatherette, LED interior lighting package, storage package, inlays in Walnut Balsamic Brown, LED interior lighting, MMI Radio system, Dual zone automatic air conditioner, Driver Information System (DIS) with colour display, folding rear seat back and front & rear centre armrest.
The petrol Q3 is also equipped with electrically adjustable front seats, Audi Parking aid plus with rear view camera, Hill-start assist & Hill descent assist, Electromechanical parking brake, Cruise control, Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP), 6 Airbags, electronic vehicle immobilisation device and space-saving spare wheel.

The new Audi Q3 is presently offered in India with three engine options that include the new Audi Q3 1.4 TFSI FWD and the recently launched Audi Q3 2.0 TDI FWD and Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro. It has been a segment leader since its introduction and is also the company’s best-selling model in India.
