BMW Motorrad has officially commenced operations in India as part of BMW Group India. Earlier BMW motorcycles were imported by dealers in Mumbai and Delhi. The product range is priced between INR 14.9 Lakh to INR 28.5 Lakh ex-showroom, Delhi.

BMW Motorrad is currently in the process of setting up the management team and dealership network in India. Initially BMW Motorrad India will set up dealerships in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru. All the models will be available as completely built-up units (CBU).
