Nissan India has launched the 2017 Nissan Terrano. It now comes with new features to enhance its smarter and bolder appeal to buyers. The new Nissan SUV has been priced at INR 9.99 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

The new features of the SUV include Premium Dual Tone Interior in Black & Chocolate Brown colour, 7-inch Touchscreen Navigation system, Steering Mounted Audio/Phone Control, One-Touch Lane Change Indicator, Anti-pinch Driver Side Window, Cruise Control, new Steering Wheel Design, dual-tone horn, Illuminated Door Switches, new door trim design, new fabric seats, electrically retractable ORVM, Soft Touch Paint On Dashboard, Driver’s Armrest, Chrome-Finished Parking Lever Tip and L-shaped LED DRLs.
The 2017 Nissan Terrano is provided with a diesel as well as a petrol engine optioin. The petrol motor is a 1.6-litre unit that produced 104 PS and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.5-litre diesel engine is offered in two configurations – 85 PS and 110 PS. The 85 PS engine is given a 5-speed manual gearbox, while the 110 PS variant is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-Speed AMT.
The Made-In-India Nissan SUV is equipped with dual front airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Emergency Brake Warning Light, Hill Assist Control and Anit-lock Braking system (ABS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) with Brake Assist (BA). Nissan is also offering a 2-year/50,000 km warranty and free roadside assistance.
