Bajaj Pulsar 200NS (NS stands for “Naked Sports”) has been reintroduced in India due to a strong demand from customers. The 2017 Pulsar 200NS has been upgraded to the Bharat Stage IV emission standards, which every two wheeler manufacturer in India will have to comply by April 1, 2017.
Young motorcycle enthusiasts have been fans of the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS which was launched in 2012 due to its muscular looks and great performance. The company had temporarily stopped the production of this bike in 2015.

The 2017 Pulsar 200NS gets refreshed styling with three new colours & graphics: Graphite Black, Mirage White & Wild Red. Bajaj terms this new look as “Laser Edged”. It also gets a belly-pan for the ultimate street-fighter look
Powering the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is a BS-IV compliant 200 cc, 4-valve DTS-i engine with triple spark and liquid cooling technology. The motor delivers 23.5 PS of power at 9500 RPM with a torque of 18.3 Nm at 8000 RPM. Stopping power comes from the 280mm front disc and 230mm rear disc brakes.
The Pulsar 200NS manages to provide excellent handling due to its high stiffness-low flex perimeter frame. Upfront the bike gets telescopic suspension while a nitrox mono shock absorber with canister does the duty in the rear.
The bike is 2017 mm long, 804 mm wide and has a height of 1075 mm. Ground clearance stands at 167 mm and the wheelbase is marked at 1363 mm. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 152 kg with a 12 litre tank capacity. Bajaj has equipped the 2017 model with 100/80 17 inch 52P tubeless at front and 130/70 -17 inch 62P tubeless for the rear.
